Don’t let this world make you bitter. Don’t let the action of other people make you cold on the inside. Certain things happen that hurt us, people come that leave us, and most of all there are moments when you are bound to fall. Don’t let those things make you unkind. It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be sad. But it’s never ok to do other people wrong just because u were done wrong. We are humans. We break. We make mistakes. But don’t let pain and sadness run your lives. There are moments when you feel like giving up and you can’t take it anymore.
It’s ok…Breathe….Inhale…..Exhale… Do it again and again until you feel better.
I’ ve slowly learned that even if I react, it won’t change anything. It won’t suddenly make people love and respect me, it won’t magically change their mind. Sometimes it’s better to let things be, let people go, don’t fight for closure, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase answers or even expect people to understand from what you are going through, it doesn’t make any difference to them. My whole mindset has changed, I don’t even have the energy to do certain things or be around certain people any more. I am at a point in my life now where if something feels like it’s draining my energy or fighting with my peace of mind, I am not dealing with certain shits, at all.
So, please stop overthinking life like you have to have an answer of every feeling and situations. That’s not how life works, I guess..! We figure it all out by just living, loosing, by missing an opportunities, by seeking advices and not taking it. We learn what’s important and what’s isn’t. Sometimes we have no fucking idea what to do and it’s damn scary but it’s okay. But I have learned to always trust your guts and know that everything will work the way it is supposed to be sooner… later or may be more.
I know u feel weak but remember weak sides are also the same ones that make u stronger in the long run. It’s all about taking whatever life throws at you and learning from it. I am slowly learning that life is better lived when you don’t center it on what’s happening around you and center it on what’s happening inside you instead. Work on yourself and your inner peace.
